Description:

The villa finishes an ensamble of private residences in the Hiiu-Suurtüki quarter. It consists of the same materials and is built using the construction techniques similar to the rest of the buildings in the complex, but combines them in a different way to  reach a different  spatial aggregate. A spiral-like arrangement of rooms inside the house results in a flowing space, the views to and from which are carefully orchestrated.
